IAAPI Annual Meet & Training Program 2026 Successfully Held in Pune

Pune, August 2026: The Indian Association of Amusement Parks and Industries (IAAPI) successfully organised its Annual Meet & Training Program (AMTP) 2026 in Pune, bringing together 160 delegates from 76 companies, including owners, operators, manufacturers and senior professionals from across the amusement and attractions industry.
The three-day residential programme served as an important platform for knowledge sharing, professional development, networking and industry collaboration. The event witnessed active participation from delegates representing amusement parks, water parks, theme parks, indoor amusement centres and other segments of the attractions industry.
The conference featured insightful sessions by industry experts and professionals on key areas relevant to the growth and future of the industry. The sessions covered topics such as Understanding New Guest, Guest Experience Excellence, with a focus on practical strategies to enhance visitor satisfaction, service quality and customer loyalty, Artificial Intelligence in the Amusement Industry, highlighting its potential to improve revenue generation and operational efficiency, Manufacturing Excellence, focusing on quality, innovation and operational efficiency, Mental Health and Well-being and Family Business - Building Legacy more then Business.
The sessions encouraged delegates to exchange ideas, learn from best practices and explore innovative approaches to meet the changing expectations of today's consumers. The programme also provided valuable networking opportunities, enabling industry leaders and professionals to build stronger relationships and explore potential collaborations.
As part of the learning and experiential component of the programme, delegates also visited leading attractions and entertainment destinations, including Imagicaa, iGolf, Shivsrushti and Sneh Resort. These visits provided participants with an opportunity to gain first-hand insights into diverse attraction concepts, operations, guest experiences and innovative entertainment offerings.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Ankur Maheshwari, Chairman, IAAPI, emphasised the Association's continued commitment to strengthening the Indian amusement and attractions industry through education, training, knowledge sharing, safety, innovation and industry advocacy.
The Annual Meet & Training Program once again reinforced its position as one of IAAPI's important knowledge and networking initiatives, helping industry stakeholders stay updated on emerging trends and prepare for future opportunities and challenges.
The successful Pune edition concluded with a renewed sense of collaboration and commitment among delegates towards building a safer, stronger, more innovative and globally competitive Indian amusement and attractions industry.
