IAAPI organised the “Maharashtra Member Meet” in Nagpur.
A total of 32 delegates from 20 companies attended the meet.
The meeting was chaired by Mansse Bhandri (Past Regional Chairperson, IAAPI) and Padma Aryal (Deputy General Manager, IAAPI).
Key Highlights:
Importance of associating with IAAPI and the collective efforts required for industry growth.
Update on government representation for GST reduction from 18% to 5%.
Updates on IAAPI’s skill development initiatives, including curriculum submission to NCHMCT for NIHM & CIHM degree programs.
Development of an Operational Safety Handbook and Safety Video.
Informed members on international delegation visit to Vietnam.
Member concerns about complex documentation requirements- request for IAAPI to create and circulate a complete compliance checklist for amusement parks.
Need for training programs on crowd management and conflict management.
The meeting concluded with mutual appreciation and a shared commitment to continue working with IAAPI to enhance industry standards, address challenges, and achieve sustainable long-term growth.
