Lucknow Member Meet - 12th November 2025.

IAAPI organised the “Uttar Pradesh Member Meet” in Lucknow.
A total of 19 industry members from 11 companies participated in the meeting.

The meeting was chaired by Izzuddin Hashmi (UP State Chairman, IAAPI), Maneesh Verma (2nd Vice Chairman & Membership Chairman, IAAPI), Surender Malik (Director and Northern region chairman, IAAPI) and Mr. Anil Padwal (Secretary General, IAAPI).

• Overview of IAAPI’s ongoing activities and upcoming plans for member development.
   
• Announcement of GAJA launch during AMTP 2025.
   
• Encouragement for IAAPI Awards nominations and participation in IAC Connect, Networking Evening & Gala Night Dinner.
   
• Update on 24th Amusement Expo 2026 – booth bookings and rising participation.
   
• Discussions on improving guest service quality, state tourism board support, and promoting amusement as domestic tourism driver.
   
• IAAPI’s representation to the Government of Uttar Pradesh for a 5% GST rate for the amusement industry was also highlighted, along with details of meetings held with key officials including the Tourism Minister, Finance Minister, DG Tourism, and Secretary Tourism.
